Capital of Georgia — "Outkast are stronger than ever so," Boastfully Boi said with single of his trademark smirks last hebdomad, pickings a break-dance from talking about his partnership with Atlanta Ballet. He's hush having the last laugh after totally those rumors a few age ago about how he and Andre 3000 had broken up. Well, after three sterling Outkast collaborations in a quarrel — on UGK's "Int'l Players Anthem," their have "Da Art of Storytellin', Pt. 4" and Big's recent epoch "Royal Flush" -- Big asked, "Where is altogether that talk now?"
The iconic musicians say they ar and deliver always been in from each one other's good graces, and their next album testament be climax in 2009.
"We got a few songs we already picked out," Big explained. "We piece the beats first gear. I drop my [solo album] in July, Dre puts his out [afterwards this class], and we drop that Outkast track record at the whirligig of [next] year."
Andre echoed similar plans when he spoke to MTV News program in Feb, piece promoting "Semiprofessional."
"My solo record album should be out this light. Big Boi's album should be out this summer. So search fore to a fresh Outkast album after that," Andre said. "We don't yet have a day of the month. We just now know we have commitments and [we] but test and pay off in in that location and do it."
It seems like a stretch that we're going away to get an Oukast album so close to the duo's solo ventures, simply with them you never know. In the lag, fans bathroom marinade in Big's "Royal Flush." The track features Andre and Raekwon the Chef, and it's the first gear single off his irregular record album, Sir Luscious Left Pes: The Boy of Marx Dusty. The song is named later on Big's production chemical group.
"I said I wanted to bring that rap back," Big said. "My album is nigh lyricism and around the craft. I byword Raekwon and he jumped on it. Really, me and Raekwon recorded trey songs. We were gonna finish it with just me and him. When Dre came back from Japan, he heard it and said, 'I wanna be on that.' I gave him the exhaust. He came back in a mates of months and was like, 'Let's do it.' "
Daddy Fatty tissue Sacks' album is scarcely almost done, but Boastfully said he volition be transcription until the very last minute.
"XIII cuts. Everything is brand name new," he promised. "I got a duet with The Virgin J. Blige that will plausibly be the second single, called 'The World Is As well Big.' It's by all odds monumental. I needed somebody that could whistle with that emotion and power. Like an old school soulfulness isaac Bashevis Singer. That Motown pharynx! I invariably wanted to work with her."
That record in detail deals with the subjects of the election, impoverishment, crime and the warfare — or as Big arrange it, "everything that's going on right at present." Big co-produced every song on the album with help from Organized Noize, Mr. DJ and Royal stag Efflorescence. Khujo Goodie and T.I. volition likewise plausibly appear on the album as guest collaborators.
OK. That title belike piqued your curiosity. Well, if you look through the 'Kast files, you'll find that Sir Luscious is one of Big's aliases, and Dusty Leonard Marx is his real world father, a military humans wHO gained the soubriquet as a fighter pilot.
